Care-Fill Medication Packaging

Care-Fill is a free custom medication management service that fills your medications in dose packs.

We will call you to go over your medications (including any vitamins or supplements) you want included in your Care-Fill pack. You’ll need to have the following things ready:

• List of your medications

• Your insurance information

• Name of your current pharmacy

• Payment information

• We gather your prescriptions by working with your doctor, insurance company & current pharmacy.

• We package your medications in dose packs by day & time.

• We contact you to schedule a delivery day & location that is convenient for you.

• We call you to make sure you haven’t had any changes to your medications.

• We will contact your doctor for refills, if needed.

• We pack your medications & call you to set up delivery.

• We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
• We will fill your short-term medications, such as antibiotics, whenever you need them.
